In this exploratory and energetic class, suitable for ages 2.5 to 5, we will use play, movement and song to establish a foundation of yoga for children. Yoga challenges children to learn their bodies, through poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and concentration. Your child will be amazed by what they can do! Students will be introduced to mindful practices,  the importance of partnership and what it means to be a community. Each class concludes with a trip to the "secret garden" (savasana).
